Other Ways to Give

Many Contributors prefer an alternative avenue for giving to a worthy cause.  Below we have offered suggestions on how you can make a difference in the lives of those individuals that are living with spinal cord injuries.

PAYROLL DEDUCTION

Many employers offer the convenience of a payroll deduction.  You personally designate the amount to be deducted from your earnings, sign up for a one-time donation or on a monthly basis.  Your employer, on your behalf, will forward these proceeds to the Mike Utley Foundation.

MATCHING GIFT PROGRAMS

Does your company match your gift to a non-profit organization?  This is a great way to double the impact of your giving to help find a cure for paralysis.  Ask your employer if this benefit is offered to employees.

ATTEND A MIKE UTLEY FOUNDATION EVENT

Check out the Events section in the menu items on this site.  The Mike Utley Foundation and other organizations will periodically hold an event to benefit the Mike Utley Foundation.  Make a difference in the lives of those living with spinal cord injuries and take the opportunity to treat yourself.  Events will be posted as they occur.

ORGANIZE A FUNDRAISER

Organize your own fundraiser to benefit the Mike Utley Foundation.  Plan a neighborhood bike tour or plan one with your co-workers; have a multi-family yard sale or gather up a group of friends to do a walk-a-thon.  The ideas are unlimited for organizing a community fundraiser.  Working together we can make a difference.

VOLUNTEER

The success of any non-profit is attributed to the dedication of its volunteers giving of their time.  Contact us if you are interested in donating your time for an event or have skills that you feel would be of benefit.  You may know someone that has a spinal cord injury that would appreciate help with various tasks.  The Mike Utley Foundation encourages everyone to get involved.  Volunteers make the difference.
